A Calling That Began Years Ago
After graduating from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Education, I spent ten years in ministry. Several of those years were spent overseas as a missionary, with long- and short-term mission trips throughout Europe and Asia. During my years based in the United States, I worked with the Wagner Leadership Institute and earned a Master’s in Ministry.
At the heart of that work was helping women find healing and freedom in Christ. I loved walking alongside women as they encountered God’s love and began to see themselves through His truth.
After marrying, I stepped away from formal ministry to homeschool my children. When they reached their teenage years, I earned my real estate license and began working as a Realtor. My life looked different, but the heart God had given me for helping women was still there.
My Own Journey Back to Truth
After almost two decades of marriage, my life took a turn I never expected. My marriage ended in divorce, and I began a healing journey of my own.
As I healed, I had to untangle years of painful experiences from the beliefs I had formed because of them. Those beliefs had shaped how I saw myself, the choices I made, and what I believed was possible for my future. I knew some of them did not reflect how God saw me, and they were not where He wanted me to stay.
Little by little, I began to recognize the lies I had been living out of and receive the truth God spoke over me. As I began to see myself through His eyes, I could also see that the gifts and calling He had placed in me were still there.
His love was patient, gentle, and kind throughout that process. And as healing unfolded in my own life, a vision began to grow: to make this kind of support available to other women who felt stuck and didn’t know where to turn.
Why I Created
Growth Explosion
As I healed, I knew I wasn’t alone. Other women were feeling stuck, longing for change, and unsure where to find help. Many didn’t yet recognize the beliefs shaping their lives. I wanted to offer a place where they could gently explore those beliefs and begin to move forward.
That calling led me to become a certified life coach. With the guidance of my own coaches and much prayer, I developed Growth Explosion and my Breakthrough coaching program.
My approach brings together faith, reflection, and practical tools to help women recognize what is keeping them stuck and realign with God’s truth. My heart is to create a compassionate space where women feel supported, have room to process, and can take meaningful steps toward lasting change.
It is deeply rewarding to use the gifts God has given me to help other women find healing and breakthrough. I also want this support to be affordable and accessible to as many women as possible.
My hope is that you will see yourself more clearly through God’s eyes, receive the truth He speaks over you, and become free to run your race with confidence in who He created you to be.
